Delivery Information
Currently delivery is only available for Mainland UK.
All orders are either shipped using Royal Mail which often takes 4-6 business days to reach you, DPD, UPS or and alternative courier service.
Not all services are tracked. Tracking information will be provided if it is available.
Delivery Terms:
We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your items as quick as possible. As our delivery service is outsourced to external couriers, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in the time stated at checkout. During busy times e.g Black Friday & Christmas, there may be some slight delays in delivery times, although we will do our very best to ensure this is not the case.
When available you will receive links from the courier prior to your delivery being attempted, you can use this link to adjust your delivery options, such as changing the date, or providing a safe place.
In the event of a customer inputting the wrong delivery address in to their order, we cannot unfortunately take responsibility for this order being delivered to the wrong address. We will try our best to locate the parcel and attempt to get it redelivered to the correct location.
