Initial Consultation
We handle the whole design process from initial consultation at your property, to listening to your thoughts on what you want to achieve so that we have a clear brief to work to, including working to a defined budget if you have one. There will be a consultation fee for this work, 50% of which will be deducted from the final stage payment at the end of the project.
Bringing the brief to life
Once you have agreed to proceed with the project the design process will then lead us on to prepare a storyboard of ideas and draft floor plans. We prepare costed proposals for all the elements including fabric prices for soft furnishings, furniture and accessories providing clarity on pricing right from the start. Each proposal is bespoke and tailored to meet your initial brief as well as considering the character and style of your property.
From Concept
To Completion
Once the project parameters and design direction has been agreed with you, we will provide further detailed costs for the making of soft furnishings, bespoke furniture and curtains/blinds as these elements will require a detailed measurement survey for accuracy.
At this point we will provide a timing plan as well as staged payments for the project so that there are no surprises.
