Bathrooms can be more than purely functional spaces. With thoughtful design, carefully chosen materials and considered finishing touches, they can become calming retreats that bring a little everyday luxury to the home.
From statement tiles and elegant fittings to beautiful accessories and tactile details, each space is designed to balance practicality with personality.
arts & crafts guest Bathroom
Inspired by the colours and patterns of Marrakesh, this contemporary bathroom brings an exotic touch to a traditional Arts & Crafts timber-framed home. Hand-painted tiles and decorative, rug-inspired patterns across the floor and shower walls create a striking backdrop, giving the space a distinctive sense of character.
A double vanity with a hand-painted cabinet in Farrow & Ball’s Purbeck Stone is topped with luxurious Carrara marble, while crystal glass accessories, statement wall lights and his-and-hers mirrors add a refined finishing touch. The result is a beautifully considered space that balances everyday practicality with the indulgence of a boutique hotel.
